In stores, personal shopping devices guide customers along the fastest route to the items on their list, and staff can find a shopper who asks for help. In hospitals and warehouses, staff find rooms, shelves and equipment faster. Each device also appears in IndoorAtlas Assets, so a misplaced handheld is quick to find, and Analytics turns the same positions into heatmaps and dwell times.
