IndoorAtlas and Cherrypicks have jointly deployed the IndoorAtlas platform and the mobile application for Jaarbeurs making it one of the most advanced event venues in the world. Powered by the IndoorAtlas’ indoor positioning technology, the Jaarbeurs Live app provides location-aware trade fair and networking services for visitors and helps them to navigate inside the venue using turn-by-turn navigation that can switch between 2D and augmented reality modes. The future release of Jaarbeurs Live will introduce new location-aware features such as smart event tickets and occupancy and footfall analytics. In addition, IndoorAtlas GroundSage provides an extra layer of safety by allowing the event organizers to monitor the crowd density inside the venue helping to create a truly safe environment for the visitors despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
